I like to be working on several novel length stories at once. They keep turning up in my head, and working on several of them at the time keeps me (largely) from severe writer’s blocks.
Chrome (working title)
James is born in working class Britain in the middle of the 19th century, but what threatens to turn into a typical Victorian novel about a boy full of hopes and dreams is abruptly cut short when James meets a charismatic gentleman who makes him a strange offer. The protagonist of this story showed up in 2007, but it wasn’t until 2009 that I began working on his story.
Double Exposure (working title)
Sean is about to have his life turned upside down when reality starts to get plain weird around him. Just, no one else seems to be noticing, and he is known to have an overly active imagination.
A fantasy children’s story (middle grade) that I’m writing in my native language and hope to someday publish traditionally where I live.
A story about a certified werewolf hunter and the moral greyzone that is his job. I hope to start publishing this story very soon.
